THE PROCESS

QUOTE

To obtain a quote, simply fill in our contact us form.  We will then email you a detailed form with all the required information we need to come back to you with an accurate, free quote as quickly as possible.  Sometimes a site visit is required - if this is the case we will organise a time to meet on site.

DEPOSIT

We require a 50% deposit to get your project started. Once you confirm you are ready to proceed, an invoice will be sent through to you with details regarding the payment of the deposit.

DESIGN

Now the fun begins!
Once the deposit has been received, we will finalise the measurements and commence work on your design.
Depending on the complexity of your project you should receive a design approval within 3 - 5 days. 
Custom designs will take a little longer.

FABRICATION

Once you are happy with our final design submission, the production of your project commences. 
This process includes many steps.
Here's the short version:
1. Water Jet Cutting
2. Fabrication
3. Powdercoating

READY TO INSTALL | DELIVERY

Your project is now complete, someone from our team will be in touch to organise an installation/pick up date.
The remaining balance is now due.
